How does it work?
We meet for a pre-intensive interview prior to determine if intensives are adequate for you. Assessing your coping, support system, conditions, concerns, what your stressors are, places you want to heal from and/or grow.
During intensives we work to reduce or eliminate the painful, discomforting issues, and things that hurt and work toward relief, calm and feeling much better. This is done during EMDR processing along with resourcing activities. This is customized to you. We then meet for a post interview to discuss and debrief the experience, and areas of transformation, as well steps for continued growth and healing.

REMOVING MENTAL BLOCKS (NEGATIVE BELIEFS)-THIS REQUIRES REMOVING NEGATIVE BELIEFS.
Your emotional part of the brain can be dominating, and dominate the logical part of your brain. As a result you end up trusting the feelings over logic and end up believing those feelings that become core beliefs. This occurs when you feel no control and it is accepted as truth, therefore affecting how life is experienced, relationships, and career.

Each person is different, therefore, we may aim at 3-4 days for example, however, it is determined on your response, your coping skills and simultaneously being present during processing. If needed you may need to book additional time. Your workbook is made available to you in the intensive package to help with calming and easing the nervous system. Some clients may need to schedule several intensives to process. A weekly therapist in this case may be required to manage in between intensives and will be discussed on the call.
